We accept total or partial returns within 14 days of receipt of the goods, without justification, the product must be used only for the size test. As an alternative to the return we provide the size change with those available in stock.
Generally, the return and exchange are not free, the shipping costs of your country apply (starting from 10 €).

Free replacement size delivery on Gloves and Helmets
On the first change of helmets and gloves you will not pay the shipping costs of the replacement product that we will send you, but you will still be responsible for the return costs of the item you want to change.

We take care of the service with extreme care and we are sure that the products sold are among the best.
Every single detail from packaging to delivery to the carrier is meticulously taken care of, but something can always go wrong, or the purchased product is not what you expected.
So, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt of the goods.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised exclusively by the customer and in no case by the recipient of any gift.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, and in the same condition in which you received it, with the exception of the fit test.
Your item must be in the original packaging and properly packaged: be careful not to pack the package with only the manufacturer's box (eg: helmet or glove box), it could be damaged or worse, otherwise we will be forced to refuse the return.
Equipped with all the original tags and any other material that is part of the package.
Your item must include your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to return
Before embarking on the return procedure, you will need to send us an email within 14 days of receipt of the goods to [email protected], to help you manage the procedure in the best possible way, specifying:
- order number
- items subject to return or size replacement
- the reason for the return
A representative will answer you as soon as possible and follow your request.
Once your item is received, it will be inspected together with the purchase receipt. We will immediately send you a notification on the status of the refund after inspecting the item.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund according to the payment method used (PayPal or credit by wire transfer).
Alternatively, we can provide the issue of a shopping voucher to be used within 30 days on this site.
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on the policies of the previously used service, in the case of PayPal the refund will be immediate.
Change and Replacement Size
In which case the item is still to your liking, but the size is not the right one or there is a defect previously not found, we will be able to exchange the goods.
The exchange and replacement makes use of the previous rules, except for the availability of the product in stock
You will be responsible for the delivery and payment of the shipping costs for returning your item.
Alternatively, you can request the recovery of the product at a cost equivalent to the rates in force in your country (starting from € 10).
Return and Exchange Shipping Policy
In the event of a refund, the shipping costs incurred during the purchase phase will be reimbursed only if present at the time of the order.
If you are subject to a confirmed exchange of goods, the cost of the new shipment will be charged separately, with a discounted rate compared to the usual shipping costs.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in any case to tailor-made products.
When will a return NOT be accepted or partially refunded?
Once the returned products have been received and checked, we will check that they have not been used, that they do not have defects and that they are accompanied by all accessories, manuals and packaging intact as per the original shipment.
The return or exchange will not be accepted or will be partially accepted if one of these situations is present:
- If the staff is not contacted to proceed with the return.
- Object damaged by the customer or by its use.
- Lack of one or more accessories / product packaging.
The general rule is that Oram does not apply free returns for any reason.
Assistance and Guarantees
If there are any problems with the items purchased, contact us using the form in the appropriate section of the site, entering your order number and the problems encountered. Remember that the receipt or invoice will be required for assistance purposes.
The costs of the first shipment will be at your expense, after which in the event that the manufacturer recognizes the defect and proceeds to repair or replace it, the costs of the new shipment will be borne by us.
In the event that the defect is not found or is not eligible for warranty (such as a crack caused by the fall of a helmet), the shipping costs will be at your expense.
