*We recommend testing a small, concealed area first to ensure compatibility with your vehicle's specific finish. Not suitable for prolonged contact with rubber.

GUIDELINES:
1. Before using Bug and Tar Remover, make sure all surfaces are cool and out of direct sunlight. Now wash and dry the surface thoroughly. This will ensure that any dirt, debris, or grime on the surface of the vehicle will not interfere with the effectiveness of the product or cause scratches during polishing.
2. Once the vehicle is clean and dry, shake the bottle to activate the formula, then spray on the desired area* and allow it to penetrate the insect or tar for 1-2 minutes. For more stubborn contaminants, you may need to leave the product on for up to 5 minutes. (Do not leave on for a longer period or apply in direct sunlight).
3. After the product has had time to work its magic, wipe off the residue with a clean, dry microfiber cloth. Be sure to use a separate cloth for each area of the vehicle to prevent cross-contamination of insects and tar residue.
4. Then protect with one of our protective sprays or polishes.
