EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
EXCHANGE AND RETURNS POLICY
We accept total or partial returns within 14 days of receiving the goods, the product must only be used for size testing. As an alternative to returning, we provide a size exchange with those available in stock.
Before starting the return procedure you must send us an email within 14 days of receiving the goods to firstname.lastname@example.org, to help you manage the procedure as best as possible, specifying:
- ORDER NUMBER
- ITEMS SUBJECT TO RETURN/REPLACEMENT
- THE REASON FOR THE RETURN
A representative will respond to you as soon as possible and follow up on your request.
- YOU HAVE 14 DAYS TO RETURN AN ITEM, STARTING FROM THE DATE OF RECEIPT OF THE GOODS
- THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CAN BE EXERCISED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE CUSTOMER AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES BY THE RECIPIENT OF ANY GIFT
- TO BENEFIT FROM A RETURN, YOUR ITEM MUST BE UNUSED AND, IN THE SAME CONDITION IN WHICH YOU RECEIVED IT, EXCLUDING THE FIT TEST
- THE GOODS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND APPROPRIATELY PACKAGED: BE CAREFUL NOT TO PACK THE PACKAGE SIMPLY WITH THE MANUFACTURER'S BOX ONLY, AS IT COULD SUFFER DAMAGE!
- EQUIPPED WITH ALL THE ORIGINAL TAGS AND ANY OTHER MATERIAL PART OF THE PACKAGE
- YOUR ITEM MUST INCLUDE YOUR RECEIPT OR PROOF OF PURCHASE (RECEIPT ISSUED).
- ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN RECEIVED, IT WILL BE INSPECTED TO CHECK THAT THERE ARE NO DAMAGES
- THEN WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL REGARDING THE STATUS OF YOUR REFUND AFTER WE HAVE INSPECTED THE ITEM
- IF THE RETURN IS APPROVED, WE WILL ISSUE A REFUND ACCORDING TO THE PAYMENT METHOD USED DURING THE ORDER
- YOU WILL RECEIVE THE CREDIT WITHIN A CERTAIN NUMBER OF DAYS, DEPENDING ON THE POLICIES OF THE SERVICE PREVIOUSLY USED. IN THE CASE OF PAYPAL, THE REFUND WILL BE IMMEDIATE
- ALTERNATIVELY, WE MAY PROVIDE THE ISSUE OF A SPENDING VOUCHER TO BE USED WITHIN 30 DAYS ON THIS SITE
In which case you still like the item, but the size is not the right one or there is a previously undetected defect, we will be able to exchange the goods.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply in any case to customized products.
REMEMBER: before carrying out any movement, you must contact us by email at email@example.com, and we will move directly in contact with you.
- If you are subject to a confirmed exchange of goods, the cost of the new shipment will be charged separately, with a discounted rate compared to the usual shipping costs.
WHEN WILL A RETURN NOT BE ACCEPTED OR PARTIALLY REFUNDED?
Once the returned products have been received and checked, we will check that they have not been used, that they have no defects and that they are accompanied by all accessories, manuals and intact packaging as per the original shipment.
THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR WILL BE PARTIALLY ACCEPTED IF ONE OF THESE SITUATIONS IS PRESENT:
- IF THE STAFF IS NOT CONTACTED TO PROCEED WITH THE RETURN
- ITEM RUINED BY THE CUSTOMER OR BY ITS USE
- LACK OF ONE OR MORE ACCESSORIES/PACKAGING OF THE PRODUCT
- IN CASE OF REFUSAL OF THE GOODS. IN THIS CASE, WE WILL PROCEED WITH A PARTIAL REFUND, FROM WHICH ORAM SRL WILL SUBTRACT THE SHIPPING COSTS FOR THE RETURN TO THE STORE
ASSISTANCE AND WARRANTIES
If there are problems with the items purchased, contact us using the form in the appropriate section of the site, entering your order number and the problems encountered. Remember that the receipt or invoice will be necessary for assistance purposes.
The costs of the first shipment will be borne by you, after which if the manufacturing company recognizes the defect and proceeds with the repair or replacement, the costs of the new shipment will be borne by us.
In the event that the defect is not found or is not covered by the warranty (such as a crack caused by a helmet falling), the shipping costs will be at your expense.
ORAM SCHEDULES THE COLLECTION FOR YOU
- After sending the email with the ORDER NUMBER, NAME OF THE ITEM AND REASON FOR THE RETURN, our offices will respond to you as soon as possible.
- Oram can directly schedule the collection for you, therefore, after having agreed the various information for the collection scheduling and having received the payment for the collection, we will move via MBE to collect the goods you want to exchange/return
- EXCHANGES: if you want to proceed with an exchange, we will agree a special price for the return of the goods, making you pay only for one shipment! This is not applicable for Calabria, Sicily, Sardinia, Minor Islands and European countries.
